Common Questions

How long does the survey take?

Most surveys take around 60 minutes. Larger schools may take up to 90 minutes. We'll let you know in advance.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Just access to the areas where you'd like lockers. Existing plans or drawings are helpful but not essential at this stage.

Can you do surveys during term time?

Yes — we're flexible. Most schools prefer early morning, lunchtime, or after 3:30pm to minimise disruption.

Is there really no obligation?

Absolutely none. The survey and quote are both completely free. We'll never chase or pressure you.

Do you cover my area?

We cover all of England, Wales and Scotland. Our specialists are based in Norfolk and can usually visit within 1–2 weeks.
