The Challenge
Thameside Primary School required a practical storage solution that could support increasing pupil demand while fitting neatly within the available school space. The lockers needed to provide secure and easy-to-use storage for younger students, while also contributing to a bright and welcoming environment throughout the corridors. Alongside functionality and safety considerations, the school also wanted a cost-effective approach that aligned with their budget and installation plans ahead of the new academic year.
Our Solution
We supplied 26 lockers, providing a total of 156 secure compartments designed to maximise storage without overwhelming the available space. Finished with vibrant lemon and jade doors paired with silver frames, the lockers helped create a modern and engaging school environment. The school selected hasp locks, allowing pupils to use their own padlocks for simple and independent access. To improve hygiene and safety, sloping tops were added to prevent clutter, while nesting nuts and bolts ensured the lockers could be securely fixed together. To help reduce costs, the lockers were delivered ahead of the summer holidays for self-installation, ensuring everything was fully prepared before students returned in September.
