If you advise us of any broken or faulty locks in advance, we can bring suitable replacements with us and swap these over during the visit. This helps minimise disruption and ensures lockers are returned to fully working order as quick as possible.
If locker doors or hinges have dropped over time, we can tighten fixings and realign them so the doors sit correctly, close smoothly and line up properly again. This helps us improve both the appearance and day-to-day functionality of the lockers.
We will check all digital locker locks for low or flat batteries and replace them where required to ensure every lock remains fully operational. This helps prevent lockouts, maintain reliability and ensure lockers are ready for day-to-day use.
We will remove any light graffiti or markings from locker doors where possible and anti-bacterial clean each compartment. Ideal during the summer holidays, this helps ensure lockers are clean, fresh and ready for the new academic year.
If users have forgotten locker codes over time, we can reset the locks back to their default settings to ensure each compartment can be accessed and put back into use. This helps avoid lockers becoming unusable due to forgotten combinations.
Most locker locks are supplied with only a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, so it is important that we inspect them while they are still covered. This allows us to identify and resolve any potential issues before the warranty period expires.
